The full English Language topic list is also on the WAEC English Language syllabus page — searchable, no download needed, and it includes the syllabus aims and how the papers are structured.
Using the syllabus
The syllabus is the document your paper is set from. It lists the topics and subtopics you are expected to cover, and nothing in it is a prediction of the questions — there are no confirmed or leaked topics. Work through every topic and treat anything you cannot explain as the next thing to revise.
